1、Build up and maintain good relationship with oversea clients.
2、Address good sales plan and a chieve assigned sales budget.
1、Daily handle customer order receipt and following up. Assist to get necessary and accurate information from individual
clients on time when there is a need.
2、Periodically visit key customers and handle customer visits. Follow up and achieve all the action results or
agreements on time as addressed.
3、Keep sundown rule for e-mail reply and information feedback. Ensure all information sent to customers to be accurate
and proper enough, such as pricing and timing.
4、Tightly follow up on-time payment from individual clients to support the company to achieve good cash flow.
5、Address good shipping plans with clients to ensure healthy inventory level. Timely deliver required shipping documents
to individual clients for custom clearance.
6、Follow up new project development to achieve new project sales budgets of assigned accounts on time and w eekly update
the related report.
7、Handle customer complaints in time. Assist to set up good communication between factory and individual clients to
recover confidence and achieve better satisfactory.
1、Associate degree or above, Software engineering background is preferred.
2、International Trading, Marketing Management or Software Engineering.
3、2 years ’ experience in oversea business handling in relative industry or above.
4、Multitasking capability to well deal with several cases at a same time.
5、Good communication skills to achieve different targets internally & externally.
6、Good experiences in sales funnel management.
7、Ability to deal and solve practical problems and to provide efficient solutions.
8、Professional reporting and analysis skills with individual office software.
9、Basic knowledge in engineering, quality and cost control.
